Faith is not the absence of questions, but the choice to trust God in the middle of them. Even a small faith, brought honestly to God, is enough.

A prayer for faith
Lord, I believe; help my unbelief. My faith feels small and my doubts feel loud, and I need you to strengthen what is wavering in me. Thank you that faith is not something I manufacture, but a gift you grow, the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Increase my trust in you, especially in the places where I cannot see the outcome. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight, taking the next step even when the whole path is hidden. Let your word take deeper root in me, since faith comes by hearing your voice. When I am tempted to lean on my own understanding, draw me back to you. I want to please you, and I know that without faith I cannot. So grow my faith, steady my heart, and help me to trust you more. Amen.
